Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's calendar and appointment scheduling, collaborating closely to optimize time management.
- Participate in special projects, committees, or act as a representative for the department.
- Handle incoming mail and emails as necessary, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain an organized electronic and physical filing system.
- Oversee the travel budget, arranging all executive travel logistics, including air travel, ground transportation, and accommodations, while ensuring meticulous communication of these arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, memos, and meeting notes with attention to detail.
- Occasionally assist with personal errands for the Executive Team as required.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications or 3-5 years of relevant experience as an Assistant.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of drafting professional documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email platforms, and familiarity with virtual meeting tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning new tools and technologies as needed.
- Expertise in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.
Preferred:
- Certification as a Certified Administrative Professional (CAP).
- Microsoft Office certifications.
