Position Overview

Spire is seeking a dynamic and motivated Executive Assistant to collaborate with our Executive Team. This role will provide comprehensive support to the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Legal Officer, engaging in various initiatives that span the organization. The fast-paced and high-growth nature of our environment presents an exciting opportunity for the right candidate. Your contributions will be essential, and your ability to execute tasks efficiently will ensure a stimulating work experience at Spire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination for C-level executives.
  • Oversee intricate travel arrangements for the CFO and CLO.
  • Provide travel assistance for the executive team and other personnel as necessary.
  • Act as a liaison with key stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Handle expense reporting and management for executives.
  • Assist the executive team in preparing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Organize quarterly Board Meetings.
  • Manage general office duties, including arranging conference rooms, directing incoming calls, scheduling meetings, and welcoming VIP guests.
  • Support C-level initiatives and collaborate with the General Counsel on legal department activities.
  • Address ad-hoc requests outside of standard working hours.
  • Perform personal assistant tasks on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with a Top 5 Global Strategy Consulting firm, Bank, or Law Firm.
  • Extensive experience in an executive assistant capacity supporting C-level executives.
  • Proficient in managing complex and frequently changing calendars across different time zones.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is crucial.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Outlook and SharePoint.
  • Strong skills in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adeptness at prioritizing tasks in a busy environment.
  • Ability to adapt swiftly in a rapidly changing workplace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work Model: Spire operates on a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.

Access to US export-controlled software and/or technology may be necessary.

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000, with final salary determined by location, skills, experience, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for annual equity awards and a comprehensive employee benefits program, including vacation, sick leave, personal time off, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage, a 401(K) plan, health and wellness reimbursement, and participation in Spire's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
