Job Description

Nationwide IT Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to high-level executives in a critical office of the Federal government.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of senior executives, including appointments, calendars, and schedules.
  • Screen and respond to visitors, calls, and messages, serving as a gatekeeper for the executive team.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation and logistics, for senior staff.
  • Prepare briefing materials, briefs, and meeting agendas, as well as schedule rooms and notify participants.
  • Provide internal and external contact work, including meeting preparation and assistance.
  • Research and coordinate travel requirements, working with host sites to communicate necessary preparations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft suite products and internet research.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive material.
  • Experience working in a federal agency and as an Executive Assistant for a high-level executive.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of related work experience.
