Housing Operations and Sales Executive

The Residential Account Management Professional is responsible for managing corporate accounts, increasing sales revenue, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned accounts and increase profitability by assisting the General Manager with decisions relating to maintenance of proper unit mix and reservation pricing.
- Promote and sell company products and services to new and existing customers and pursue internet leads through the referral system.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve common goals and foster a supportive work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Assist with apartment turns, set-ups, closes, walks, and laundry duty as needed.
Qualification Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work individually and as part of a team, and strong relationship-building skills.
