Job Title: Account Manager - Sales and Service
">About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at AHI Corporate Housing. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for managing corporate accounts, increasing sales, and aligning clients' requirements with appropriate apartments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
- Increase sales by identifying new business opportunities and pursuing leads.
- Align clients' requirements with suitable apartments, providing expert knowledge and recommendations.
- Assist the General Manager with inventory control, opening and closing units as needed.
- Take on a leadership role when the branch General Manager is absent, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work individually and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literate, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and reservation software.
