We are seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Specialist to join our team at Acosta Group. As a pioneer in retail, marketing, and foodservice agencies, we reimagine the way people connect with brands at every point in their shopping journey.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Our compensation package also includes:

  • A seasonal weekend warrior schedule of 12 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday shifts starting on October 7th and running through January 6th, with strong possibilities of program extension into next year.
  • Sales bonuses up to 20% based on targets.
  • A retention bonus for program completion: Sonos Ace personal headphones valued at $450.
  • Biweekly pay with direct deposit.
Job Description

This role represents our client, Sonos, showcasing their amazing audio products on weekends at Best Buy stores. As a dedicated brand influencer, you will introduce Sonos to customers and promote their home theater technology.

You will execute sales strategies against program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors. Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Serving as a dedicated brand influencer, introducing Sonos to customers and promoting their home theater technology.
  2. Executing sales strategies against program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors.
  3. Building relationships with store managers and associates, creating a positive impact and increasing Sonos sales in assigned stores.
  4. Engaging customers through dazzling product demonstrations to identify home audio products that fit their individual needs.
  5. Assisting and training store personnel to communicate Sonos information confidently.
  6. Promoting Sonos products by displaying them perfectly and ready to rock the sales floor.
  7. Maintaining momentum by knocking out call reports the same day as your store visit.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics.
  • An enthusiastic attitude, strong sales aptitude, and high degree of initiative.
  • Customer-focused interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to present Sonos product information confidently to individuals and groups.
  • A reliable ride to commute to assigned Best Buy locations.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 30lbs without assistance.
  • Tech-readiness with access to a personal smartphone and high-speed internet.
