About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team at UASA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, diagnosing, and repairing home appliances and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and Repair Appliances: Install and repair a wide range of home appliances and equipment, including dishwashers, microwaves, dryers, and more.
  • Diagnose and Troubleshoot: Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot issues with appliances and equipment to ensure efficient and effective repairs.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers, providing cost estimates, and collecting payment for work performed.
  • Maintain Company Vehicles and Equipment: Ensure company vehicles and equipment are properly serviced and maintained to ensure optimal performance.
  • Complete Administrative Tasks: Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Technical Skills: Must have proficiency in navigating tablet-based technology and be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
