Position Overview
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Partner Marketing Manager (PMM) to enhance visibility, stimulate demand, and generate revenue with Global System Integrator (GSI) or Multi-national SI/Consulting Partners across the Americas.

Role Responsibilities
This role entails managing strategic marketing initiatives for 4-6 major System Integrator, Reseller, or Consulting partners. The ideal candidate must be adept at formulating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies at senior organizational levels.

Key Objectives
The primary goals for this position include collaborating with the dedicated sales team to design, develop, implement, and assess effective marketing programs that align with account objectives. Responsibilities also include driving partner-generated leads, optimizing marketing funds, and acquiring new clientele.

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of crafting and executing impactful, data-driven marketing initiatives in collaboration with large consulting partners. They should excel in establishing foundational marketing mechanisms while adopting a visionary approach for their customer/partner.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and oversee the strategic marketing plan for the partner.
2. Create a comprehensive annual marketing strategy and plan that aligns with GTMS, partner marketing, and global marketing teams.
3. Plan and execute demand generation programs in collaboration with the partner to attract new customers, including integrated campaigns, events, and digital marketing efforts.
4. Collaborate closely with the GTMS organization to comprehend their priorities and support them in achieving their objectives through targeted lead generation activities.

Engagement with Stakeholders
Act as a key stakeholder and business partner with the Americas GTMS, partner marketing, and field marketing leadership. This includes participating in business reviews, providing regular marketing updates, and sharing ongoing insights with key stakeholder teams.

Regional Strategy Development
The Senior Partner Marketing Manager will be tasked with formulating a regional partner strategy with GSI partners that aligns with global marketing, business, and sales priorities. This includes executing demand generation activities in partnership with GSI to help them attract new customers, retain existing ones, and drive revenue growth from AWS services.

Collaboration and Relationship Building
In this role, the candidate will serve as the primary marketing liaison for strategic partners, engaging in regular team calls, in-person meetings, and planning sessions. They will be responsible for educating partners on AWS marketing tools, resources, and MDF utilization.

Essential Skills
The ideal candidate will possess innovative marketing ideas combined with extensive analytical and data-driven customer demand generation experience, preferably within a technology company or Global System Integrator. They should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.

Team Collaboration
Work closely with partners and the partner sales team to identify specific customer segments and industry verticals to market jointly with a compelling value proposition for adopting AWS solutions. This role necessitates excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills, engaging with Product Marketing, Global & Regional Partner Marketing Teams, AWS Sponsorship Teams, and the Partner Sales and Solution Architect organization to execute marketing programs effectively.

Vendor Management
Additionally, the candidate will manage external vendors to execute programs and achieve objectives, including but not limited to managing Account Based Marketing initiatives and broad-scale partner programs.

Strategic Marketing Plan Development
They will be expected to develop and own the Americas strategic marketing plan aimed at driving demand for AWS solutions among new and existing customers, focusing on Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
