Senior Marketing Manager, Alexa Partner Solutions

About the Role:
The Alexa Enterprise Products (AEP) division engages with external partners to create innovative Alexa solutions that enhance customer experiences.
Within this division, the Alexa Built-in (ABI) team focuses on embedding Alexa as a key feature in leading OEM brand devices, thereby broadening the global reach of Alexa.
A vital aspect of this integration involves cultivating strong partnerships with key collaborators to enhance and diversify offerings, as well as strategizing on how to boost awareness and user engagement with the Alexa feature.
In this capacity, the Senior Marketing Manager (Sr. PMM) for ABI will spearhead the comprehensive marketing strategy and execution of joint marketing initiatives for select key partners in the television sector.
The Sr. PMM will nurture and manage the direct marketing relationship with chosen partners, delving deep to establish and implement mutually agreed plans.
Utilizing existing Amazon-owned channels, they will communicate with end users, educating them on the advantages and value of integrating Alexa into their everyday routines.
The Sr. PMM is responsible for all customer-facing messaging and will collaborate with and influence internal stakeholders, including finance, product development, business development, business intelligence, and UX/Design, to ensure that customer awareness, education, and onboarding are integral to future product and partner strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate the annual marketing strategy for priority partners in the ABI television sector, defining annual marketing objectives with corresponding thematic goals and tactical actions to drive business results.
- Utilize Amazon's owned and operated marketing channels to craft messaging and targeting strategies that reach the appropriate customers at optimal times to achieve key performance indicators.
- Directly engage with external partner marketing teams to define and implement co-marketing strategies.
- Oversee the analysis, reporting, and follow-up for select partner and category performance metrics to leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of professional marketing experience, excluding internships.
- Proficient in utilizing data and metrics to drive enhancements.
- Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, including macros, charts, and pivot tables.
- Proven track record in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing initiatives.
- Experience leading go-to-market strategies for consumer software or hardware product launches.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis.
- Experience in customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is determined by several factors, including market location, and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on bonuses, and other forms of compensation may be included as part of a total compensation package, along with a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
