NAS Marketing is seeking a Product Marketing Manager responsible for driving a best-in-class customer experience, helping to drive sales and innovation across e-mail and push campaigns across North America Stores (NAS).

You will be responsible for developing manual and semi-automated campaigns in support of seasonally relevant cross-category events.

As a leader in the team, you will be expected to influence across the organization, partnering with our Creative, Tech and Central Automated Marketing teams to drive best-in-class email and push campaigns for our customers.

Key job responsibilities

  • Research audience and identify key audiences for events
  • Design an email and push marketing strategy for event campaigns based on customer analysis
  • Establish goals and KPIs for channel in event
  • Partner with stakeholder teams and creative in determining and organizing email and push campaign content.
  • Use email segmentation to send curated content to specific audiences.
  • Track conversion rates and related revenue from campaigns.
  • Conduct analysis on campaign performance and make necessary adjustments.
  • Use performance insights to optimize for growth
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of professional noninternship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling crossfunctional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.

The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
