Position Overview
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is in search of a seasoned Senior Partner Marketing Manager (PMM) to enhance visibility, stimulate demand, and drive revenue through collaboration with Global System Integrators (GSI) and Multi-national Consulting Partners across the Americas.

Role Responsibilities
This role entails managing strategic marketing initiatives for 4-6 significant System Integrator, Reseller, or Consulting partners. The ideal candidate will be adept at formulating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies at senior organizational levels.

The objectives for this position include:

  1. Collaborating with dedicated sales teams to design, implement, and assess effective marketing programs that align with account goals.
  2. Generating partner-driven leads, optimizing marketing budgets, and attracting new clientele.
  3. Demonstrating a proven track record of developing and executing impactful, data-informed marketing initiatives in partnership with large consulting firms.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:

  1. Develop and manage the strategic marketing plan for assigned partners.
  2. Create a detailed annual marketing strategy that aligns with global marketing efforts and partner marketing teams.
  3. Execute demand generation programs in collaboration with partners to secure new customers through integrated campaigns, events, and digital marketing.
  4. Engage closely with the GTMS organization to comprehend their priorities and facilitate lead generation activities.
  5. Act as a key stakeholder and business partner with Americas GTMS, partner marketing, and field marketing leadership.

GSI Responsibilities
The Senior Partner Marketing Manager will also be responsible for formulating a regional partner strategy with GSI partners that aligns with global marketing and sales priorities. This includes:

  1. Driving demand generation activities in partnership with GSI to attract new customers and enhance revenue from AWS services.
  2. Serving as the primary marketing liaison for strategic partners, participating in team discussions, meetings, and planning sessions.
  3. Educating partners on AWS marketing tools, resources, and funding utilization.

Collaboration and Relationship Management
This role necessitates excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills, engaging with Product Marketing, Global & Regional Partner Marketing Teams, AWS Sponsorship Teams, and the Partner Sales and Solution Architect organization to implement marketing programs effectively.

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience working with IT Channel Partners on successful marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in building and executing cross-functional marketing programs.
- Demonstrated ability to align large cross-functional teams and agency partners.

Preferred Qualifications
- Marketing experience with large global system integrator partners.
- Familiarity with marketing cloud services.
