About the Role:
The newly established North America Stores (NAS) Marketing team is dedicated to assisting customers in discovering and engaging with trending and relevant products across various categories.

Our approach merges technology, innovation, marketing, and creativity to craft new customer-centric features and experiences, alongside advanced tools for marketers.

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Product Marketing to elevate our position as the preferred destination for urgent shopping needs.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic and entrepreneurial setting, possesses a passion for enhancing customer experiences, and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership.

In this role, you will be expected to influence various teams across the organization, collaborating with product, technology, design, and creative departments to seamlessly integrate expedited shipping throughout the customer shopping experience.

This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by working closely with marketing, business, and technology leaders to innovate and scale rapid marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for urgent shopping needs.
- Analyze and report performance metrics across marketing channels for leadership reviews.
- Collaborate with product, technology, design, and creative teams to enhance fast shipping customer experience throughout the shopping journey.
- Work with stakeholders to establish testing roadmaps, learning agendas, and best practices to increase awareness and adoption of expedited shipping.

Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of professional marketing experience (non-internship).
- Proficiency in Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
- Experience utilizing data and metrics to drive enhancements.
- Proven track record in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
- Skilled in creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans.
- Familiarity with A/B Testing or Multi-Variate Testing.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL or other analytical tools for data analysis.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.

Our compensation reflects the labor costs across various US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges significantly based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company, offering equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
