Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager at Hilti North America, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, embodying our purpose to improve the construction industry through partnership, productivity, safety, and sustainability. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth through effective customer consultation and demonstration of our latest tools.
Key Responsibilities- Building Relationships: Meet with customers to understand their needs, create value through long-term relationships, and drive profitable sales growth.
- Time and Territory Management (TTM): Create a daily schedule to optimize client potential and sales productivity by zone territory, ensuring effective use of time and resources.
- Hilti Champion: Represent the Hilti brand in the marketplace, carrying technical knowledge to present high-level customer consultations and drive sales growth in your defined territory.
- Progress Tracking: Utilize Salesforce to record interactions and track progress, ensuring accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience: Preferred.
- At Least Three Years of Outside Sales Experience: Required, preferably in an environment with set targets.
- Hands-on Attitude: Demonstrate tools to customers, utilize platforms like Salesforce, and collaborate with various departments.
- Valid Driver's License: Required, with a company-provided vehicle.
- Excellent Time and Territory Management Skills: Ability to work a flexible and varied schedule, including walking on construction projects, climbing scaffolding, and lifting up to 65 pounds.
