About the Role

PharmaCord is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst to join our team. As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our HRIS systems, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • HRIS System Administration: Administer and maintain HRIS software systems, including system configuration, data entry, and user access management.
  • System Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate current HRIS systems, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements to maximize value and efficiency.
  • Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain HRIS software systems, including user setup, security permissions, and system preferences.
  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HRIS functionality, data integrity, and system performance.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and develop solutions to meet HRIS needs.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate, develop, and analyze HRIS reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making by HR and organizational leadership.
  • Data Quality and Compliance: Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to internal policies.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing HR data management, confidentiality, and retention periods.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
  • Employee Support: Serve as a resource to managers and employees across the company.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or related discipline strongly preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on HR systems.
  • HRIS System Experience: Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of HRIS systems, including system setup and reporting required.
  • Implementation Experience: Experience with HRIS system implementation preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel and exceptional analytical skills.
  • COVID-19 Vaccination: All employees working onsite in a PharmaCord facility are strongly encouraged to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
Work Environment
  • Work Schedule: This is a full-time exempt position with a standard schedule of 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday.
  • Travel Requirements: Must be willing to travel to our other Jeffersonville and Louisville locations as needed.
  • Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, sit for long periods of time, use hands to type, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to type 35 WPM with 97% accuracy.
  • Visual Requirements: Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. Light to moderate lifting may be required.
