Position Overview:

PharmaCord is in search of a dedicated and skilled Human Resources Information Systems Analyst to oversee the management, upkeep, and enhancement of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This position is crucial for the effective operation of HR software applications, databases, and related workflows, ensuring the HR department operates smoothly with precise and efficient data handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and sustain HRIS software applications, including system setup, data management, and user access controls.
  • Assess the current HRIS platform, suggesting and implementing improvements to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
  • Configure and administer the HRIS software, ensuring user accounts, security settings, and system configurations are optimized.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges associated with HRIS operations, data accuracy, and system performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to gather business requirements and devise solutions tailored to HRIS needs.
  • Generate and analyze HRIS reports to deliver insights that support data-driven decision-making within HR and organizational leadership.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality assessments to ensure data integrity, compliance with legal standards, and adherence to internal protocols.
  • Identify and rectify discrepancies or errors to maintain data accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies governing HR data management and confidentiality.
  • Propose innovative strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance departmental efficiency and service delivery.
  • Act as a resource for managers and employees throughout the organization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on HR systems.
  • Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HRIS systems, including setup and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience in HRIS implementation is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and exceptional analytical abilities.
  • All employees working onsite are encouraged to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

Work Environment:

  • This is a full-time exempt role.
  • The standard working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends required for events or activities.
  • Willingness to travel to other locations as necessary.
  • Regular tasks will involve prolonged periods of sitting, using hands for typing, and visual tasks related to computer work.
  • This position operates in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment.
