Job Summary

PharmaCord is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst to join our team. As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • HRIS System Administration: Administer and maintain HRIS software systems, including system configuration, data entry, and user access management.
  • HRIS System Evaluation: Evaluate current HRIS system, identifies and recommends improvements and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of the system.
  • HRIS System Configuration: Configure and maintain the organization's HRIS software systems, including user setup, security permissions, and system preferences.
  • HRIS System Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HRIS functionality, data integrity, and system performance.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and develop solutions to meet HRIS needs.
  • HRIS Reporting and Analytics: Generate, develop, and analyze HRIS reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making by HR and organizational leadership.
  • HRIS Data Quality and Compliance: Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to internal policies.
  • HRIS System Security: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing HR data management, confidentiality, and retention periods.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
  • Employee Support: Serve as a resource to managers and employees across the company.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science or related discipline strongly preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on HR systems.
  • HRIS System Experience: Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a plus.
  • HRIS System Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HRIS systems which includes system setup and reporting required.
  • HRIS System Implementation: Experience with HRIS system implementation preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel and exceptional analytical skills.
  • COVID-19 Vaccination: All employees working onsite in a PharmaCord facility are strongly encouraged to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
Work Schedule and Environment
  • Work Schedule: This is a full-time exempt position. The standard schedule for this role is 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday. Some evenings and weekends may be required to support and attend events or other PharmaCord activities outside of these hours.
  • Travel Requirements: Must be willing to travel to our other Jeffersonville and Louisville locations as needed.
  • Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time, use hands to type, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to type 35 WPM with 97% accuracy. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. Light to moderate lifting may be required.
