Position Overview:
PharmaCord is in search of a dedicated and skilled Human Resources Information System Analyst to oversee the management, upkeep, and enhancement of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This position is crucial for ensuring the HR department operates efficiently through effective data management and software application administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage HRIS software applications, including system configuration, data management, and user access control.
- Assess the current HRIS framework, identifying opportunities for enhancements to improve system efficiency and value.
- Configure and maintain HRIS settings, including user permissions and system preferences.
- Diagnose and resolve technical challenges related to HRIS functionality and data integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to gather business requirements and devise solutions that align with HRIS objectives.
- Generate and analyze HRIS reports to provide insights that facilitate data-driven decision-making for HR and organizational leaders.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies in data to uphold accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations governing HR data management and confidentiality.
- Propose innovative approaches and policies to enhance departmental efficiency and service delivery.
- Act as a resource for managers and employees throughout the organization.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on HR systems.
- Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce is advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of HRIS systems, including setup and reporting.
- Experience in HRIS implementation is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical capabilities.
- All employees working onsite are encouraged to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
Work Environment:
- This is a full-time exempt role.
- The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, with some evenings and weekends required for events or activities.
- Willingness to travel to various locations as necessary.
- Regular tasks will involve sitting for extended periods, typing, and using standard office equipment.
- Ability to perform light to moderate lifting may be necessary.
