Position Overview: As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and programs to support our organizational goals and enhance employee engagement and performance. You will serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and promote a positive work environment.
  • Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees, to meet staffing needs and support organizational growth.
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving workplace conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing coaching and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning, to foster employee growth and development.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks, ensuring competitive offerings and effective communication to employees.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies and support career advancement opportunities.
  • Manage HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management and proactively recommend and implement improvements and initiatives to enhance HR effectiveness.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support to facilitate informed decision-making and promote a positive employee experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector, with a solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and other HR-related systems and tools.
  • Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct in all aspects of HR management.
