We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Owner to drive our product initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for articulating the product vision, prioritizing features, and delivering innovative patient service solutions that enhance the overall patient experience while optimizing customer processes. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, development teams, and healthcare professionals to ensure our products align with user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision and Strategy:

  • Articulate and convey a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects customer requirements, market dynamics, and technological advancements.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including healthcare providers and internal teams, to gather insights and feedback.
  • Ensure alignment between product development efforts and business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all product-related communications.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding product status, progress, and upcoming releases.

Backlog Management:

  • Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring the development team focuses on delivering the most valuable features.
  • Work alongside Business Analysts to ensure user stories and acceptance criteria are clear and well-defined.

Product Development:

  • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop user-friendly interfaces and workflows.
  • Conduct market research and user interviews to understand patient needs and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Analyze competitive products and industry trends to inform product strategies.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor product performance against these metrics.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback and data to foster continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Work closely with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner, preferably within the healthcare or patient services sector.
  • Strong grasp of healthcare processes and patient service dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Aptitude for analyzing complex data and translating it into actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with a passion for delivering high-quality products.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-centric mindset, committed to understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
  • Adaptable and receptive to feedback, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification is preferred.
