Position Overview:

PharmaCord is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Human Resources Information System Analyst to oversee the management, upkeep, and enhancement of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This pivotal role focuses on administering HR software applications, databases, and associated processes to bolster the HR department while ensuring precise and effective data handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage HRIS software systems, including configuration, data entry, and user access oversight.
  • Assess the current HRIS framework, identifying and proposing enhancements to optimize system efficiency and value.
  • Configure and sustain the organization's HRIS software, including user setup, security permissions, and system preferences.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges related to HRIS functionality, data integrity, and system performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to comprehend business needs and devise solutions to fulfill HRIS requirements.
  • Generate, develop, and interpret HRIS reports to deliver insights and support data-driven decision-making for HR and organizational leadership.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality assessments to guarantee data accuracy, compliance with regulatory standards, and adherence to internal policies.
  • Identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies and implement corrective measures to uphold data accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing HR data management, confidentiality, and retention periods.
  • Propose innovative approaches, policies, and procedures to drive continuous improvements in departmental efficiency and service delivery.
  • Act as a resource for managers and employees throughout the organization.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on HR systems.
  • Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HRIS systems, including setup and reporting requirements.
  • Experience in HRIS system implementation is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with exceptional analytical capabilities.
  • All employees working onsite are strongly encouraged to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

Work Environment:

  • This is a full-time exempt role.
  • The standard working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends required for events or other activities.
  • Willingness to travel to other locations as necessary.
  • While performing job duties, employees are regularly required to communicate effectively, sit for extended periods, and utilize standard office equipment.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision for computer work.
