Position Overview:
PharmaCord is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Human Resources Information System Analyst to oversee the management, upkeep, and enhancement of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This pivotal role is essential for the administration of HR software applications, databases, and associated processes, ensuring the HR department operates with precision and efficiency in data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and sustain HRIS software systems, including system setup, data management, and user access control.
- Assess the current HRIS framework, identifying and proposing enhancements to optimize the system's value and efficiency.
- Configure and manage the organization's HRIS software, including user configuration, security settings, and system preferences.
- Diagnose and resolve technical challenges related to HRIS functionality, data accuracy, and system performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to gather business requirements and devise solutions tailored to HRIS needs.
- Generate, develop, and analyze HRIS reports to provide insights that support data-driven decision-making by HR and organizational leadership.
- Conduct regular audits and quality assessments to ensure data accuracy, compliance with regulations, and adherence to internal protocols.
- Identify inconsistencies or errors and implement corrective measures to uphold data integrity and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing HR data management, confidentiality, and retention.
- Propose innovative approaches, policies, and procedures to foster continuous improvements in departmental efficiency and service delivery.
- Act as a resource for managers and employees throughout the organization.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on HR systems.
- Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce is advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of HRIS systems, including system configuration and reporting.
- Experience in HRIS system implementation is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical capabilities.
- All employees working onsite are encouraged to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
Work Environment:
- This is a full-time exempt role.
- The standard working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends required for events or activities.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Regular duties involve talking, hearing, sitting for extended periods, typing, and using standard office equipment.
- Ability to perform light to moderate lifting as required.
