Position Summary
We are seeking a Vice President or Senior Vice President to enhance our iCapital Solutions team, focusing on our established enterprise wealth partnerships. This pivotal role will involve overseeing relationships with current enterprise wealth clients, ensuring comprehensive delivery and execution of our extensive range of offerings across all asset classes. The team is dedicated to understanding client needs and collaborating with various departments to provide bespoke solutions and exceptional client service. Additionally, this role will work closely with the Business Development team to identify new growth opportunities within our existing client base. This senior-level position is centered on the delivery and ongoing support of iCapital's complete suite of solutions, encompassing alternatives, structured investments, and wealth management channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance and fortify relationships with Wealth Managers.
- Facilitate enterprise adoption of our technology platform and infrastructure.
- Advocate for a consultative approach to deepen and broaden current relationships across the iCapital offerings.
- Serve as the primary liaison for several strategic wealth management clients.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify new revenue opportunities within existing clients.
- Engage daily with enterprise wealth clients to ensure optimal delivery and execution of services.
- Work alongside other Client Management professionals within iCapital Solutions to drive strategic initiatives regarding client engagement and opportunity identification.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in a technical relationship management role.
- In-depth knowledge of alternative and/or structured investments is highly preferred.
- Direct experience with wealth management firms is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with SAAS offerings and wealth technology platforms is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.
- Commitment to client service and exceeding client expectations.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently.
- Proven client service skills and capacity to manage enterprise relationships with minimal oversight.
- Possession of Series 7 and 63 licenses is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $225,000. iCapital provides a comprehensive compensation package that includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Our benefits package features an employer-matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare, including 100% employer-paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).
We believe that collaboration fosters the best ideas and innovation. Employees in this role will work in the office four days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely one day. Each department has unique needs, and some positions may be designated as in-office roles based on their specific functions.
