Job Overview

A Better Citizen Foundation is seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor to oversee essential operational functions. The Supervisor will play a crucial role in managing daily case operations and ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee client documentation and data management
- Provide support to administrative personnel and assist counselors as required
- Execute various office duties, including inventory management, mail distribution, answering calls, and processing payments.

Position Summary:
The Program Supervisor will be responsible for managing their designated office within the organization. Reporting directly to the Corporate Staff, the Supervisor will ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain high-quality program delivery.
It is essential to uphold program standards, foster a positive environment for clients, ensure staff training is adequate, and maintain professional relationships with external partners.
The Supervisor should be bilingual in Spanish to assist Spanish-speaking clients as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on deadlines
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Registered Drug and Alcohol Counselor or Intern Registration upon hiring.

Work Schedule:
Approximately 38 hours per week with a set schedule. Office hours are Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and one Saturday each month from 8 AM to 12 PM.
