Job Overview

We are seeking a Certified Azure Cloud Solutions Engineer to join our team at AHU Technologies Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for the architecture, design, deployment, and management of Azure Government IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement Azure Gov Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless migration of workloads from on-premises environments.
  • Oversee product and platform architectures, ensuring alignment with the overall architectural vision.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and design of infrastructure and cloud data center solutions, focusing on computing, networking, routing, and security.
  • Support the design of solutions in cloud and virtualized environments, with a strong understanding of hybrid cloud architectures.
  • Communicate and promote the architectural vision effectively across various teams.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex projects.
  • Develop a comprehensive cloud strategy and manage its implementation.
  • Manage costs associated with Azure Gov services and establish a tagging strategy for cloud resources to support compliance and reporting.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in core Microsoft technologies, including Windows, Windows Server, Active Directory, and SQL.
  • Design, build, and maintain Windows and Linux systems, features, and services.
  • Collaborate with third-party suppliers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Create documentation tailored for diverse audiences while maintaining creativity in a dynamic team environment.
  • Possess knowledge of RESTful APIs, Web Services, XML, and JSON.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience (10 years) along with Microsoft Azure Certification in specialized areas.
  • ITIL V4 Certification and Agile SaFe/Scrum Master Certification are preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in designing and maintaining public/Gov cloud solutions, particularly with Microsoft Azure.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, including IP subnetting, Network Security Groups, and Azure Firewall.
  • Strong technical architecture skills for developing complex global solutions.
  • Experience in IT administration and engineering services for Windows and Linux servers.
  • Expertise in Azure CLI PowerShell, ARM Templates, and Azure Networking.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Azure DevOps and Azure Security Center.
  • Experience with cloud monitoring tools such as Azure Log Analytics and Azure Monitor.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including Infrastructure-As-Code and Continuous Integration/Deployment.
  • Knowledge of security policies and network security in cloud environments.
  • Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
  • Experience with relational databases, particularly MS SQL.
