Key Responsibilities

The Azure Architect will play a pivotal role in:

  • Supporting all stages of development, design, modernization, and migration within a multi-cloud environment.
  • Applying data modeling, transaction analysis, and risk assessment techniques.
  • Providing technical guidance to teams engaged in systems analysis and development tasks.
  • Coordinating logical and physical systems design.
  • Reviewing and preparing system documentation and specifications.
  • Delivering presentations and participating in strategic meetings.
  • Advising on project prioritization and timelines.
  • Implementing Change and Configuration Management best practices.
  • Upholding quality standards for engineered solutions and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Facilitating cross-functional communication.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • US Citizenship.
  • 7+ years of experience in integration, systems analysis, or programming.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing systems requirements and design specifications in Azure.
  • 3+ years in project management or lead architect roles in Azure.
  • Extensive knowledge of Azure cloud deployment in government settings.
  • Ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation.
  • Must be available to work from 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Time.

Certifications:

  • Required: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • Preferred: Additional certifications in Microsoft technologies.
