Position Summary:
A leading technology firm is seeking a seasoned professional with 8-10 years of expertise in cloud architecture, specifically in Azure and AWS environments. The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert in cloud infrastructure and network technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate extensive experience across multiple IT disciplines, including technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management, security, and operations.
  • Show proficiency with various public cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Oversee the migration of ERP applications to cloud-native frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with standards set by Data, Security, Infrastructure, and other architecture domains when designing cloud solutions.
  • Exhibit deep subject matter expertise in cloud architecture and implementation features such as OS, multitenancy, virtualization, orchestration, and elastic scalability.
  • Lead the development and execution of cloud strategies, establish architecture governance frameworks, and define foundational architecture principles.
  • Provide technical and functional guidance for specific technical specialties.
  • Identify enhancements to project standards to ensure high-quality services and products.
  • Recognize best practices and standards for product utilization.
  • Deliver support and design for industry-specific technologies requiring system or network integration.
  • Engage with executive-level business users and technical experts.
  • Function as a niche technical Subject Matter Expert.
  • Lead large-scale, complex system implementations with technical expertise.

Cloud Architecture Best Practices:
Define and enforce best practices for cloud architecture, focusing on availability, redundancy, performance, disaster recovery, data management, and integration patterns.
Essential Skills:
  • 5 years of Cloud DevOps experience.
  • Broad technology experience across applications development, relational or NoSQL databases, DevOps, containers, and CI/CD.
  • 8 years of experience in designing and implementing cloud workloads in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • 8 years of experience in cloud networking and network security, including virtual networks and cloud-native firewalls.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of experience in one or more architecture domains (e.g., business architecture, solutions architecture, application architecture).
  • 8 years of experience in preparing complex technical documentation.
  • 8 years of experience managing large operational cloud environments across multiple tenants.
  • 3 years of microservice architectural experience.
  • 3 years of experience in designing and implementing cloud-native workloads.
  • 8 years of experience with application lifecycle tools (Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Bamboo, Azure DevOps, Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
  • Certified AWS Solutions Architect Professional.
  • Certified Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Professional.
