Position Overview

We are looking for an HR Information Systems Lead to become an integral part of our organization, focusing on the administration of our HRIS (Dayforce) platform. This role will involve close collaboration with our Human Resources department to streamline processes and enhance user satisfaction. You will take charge of the ongoing implementation, enhancement, reporting, and oversight of Dayforce within our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, deployment, testing, and adjustment of HRIS platforms.
  • Evaluate organizational requirements and existing HRIS solutions, providing insights for enhancements or new implementations.
  • Create and sustain standard reports or queries, along with developing custom queries as needed.
  • Establish protocols for updating, verifying, and rectifying employee records or other pertinent HR data.
  • Direct the creation of system documentation and training initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in HRIS.
  • Prior experience with Dayforce is essential.
  • Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
  • Thorough understanding of the principles and concepts within the field.
  • Proficient in managing complex tasks typically adhering to established protocols.
  • Experience in leading and supervising other team members with full authority over personnel decisions.
