Position Overview

The Human Resources Manager will work in collaboration with organizational leaders to provide strategic guidance and support on matters related to personnel and organizational structure. This role encompasses essential HR functions including Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll & Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Engagement & Retention, Employee Development, and HR Systems & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate strategies and execute HR processes and tools to facilitate company expansion and align with the overarching business objectives.
  • Design workflows and enhance the employee experience through innovative approaches.
  • Work closely with business leaders to address talent requirements and provide counsel on personnel-related matters.
  • Evaluate and adjust compensation and benefits policies to sustain competitive offerings.
  • Lead initiatives and strategies aimed at improving employee retention and overall experience.
  • Address employee relations challenges, oversee investigations, and ensure a secure work environment.
  • Guide succession planning and cultivate internal talent pipelines while utilizing technology for external recruitment.
  • Supervise the precise and timely execution of fundamental HR functions, including payroll, benefits, compliance, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Organize and conduct new employee orientations to promote organizational goals.
  • Advocate for the organizational culture and nurture a high-performing, mission-driven workplace.
  • Employ metrics to monitor HR data and formulate strategic plans that align with company objectives.
  • Refine and enhance HR processes, policies, and systems to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of HR management experience, ideally supporting multi-location teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, processes, and employment regulations.
  • Expertise in HR systems and data management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to engage, motivate, and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting senior leaders and managing strategic HR initiatives.
  • Background in property management is advantageous.
  • Capability to design and implement employee engagement and retention programs.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) is preferred.
