Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HRIS projects encompassing system updates, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and implementations.
- Ensure the integrity and compliance of all HRIS data in alignment with company policies and data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop or refine HRIS processes.
- Work alongside vendor representatives to enhance HRIS adoption, efficiency, and scalability.
- Provide technical assistance to HR personnel and end-users, addressing system-related issues promptly.
- Identify and rectify system inefficiencies to streamline user experience.
- Conduct statistical analyses and generate both regular and ad hoc reports.
- Partner with stakeholders to design new processes, introduce new functionalities, or enhance existing programs.

- Create and maintain thorough documentation of system processes, configurations, and procedures.
