As the HR Business Strategist, your key duties will encompass talent strategy formulation, organizational structuring, change facilitation, data interpretation, program oversight, serving as a Workday Advocate, and acting as a liaison to the HR Centers of Excellence.
Core Responsibilities:
- Align strategically with WEX's Global Service Operations to enhance business outcomes
- Deliver HR solutions in areas such as organizational structuring, project oversight, employee relations, leadership enhancement, compensation, and talent development
- Partner with Business Leadership to execute people initiatives throughout WEX's transformation
- Design and implement HR strategies centered on Employee Recruitment, Relations, Rewards, Retention, and Training & Development
- Deploy HR solutions to boost the performance and retention of talent
- Advise on effective management practices regarding workforce relations and change facilitation
- Assist in workforce planning, financial collaborations, and headcount management
- Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence to establish and support HR programs and best practices
- Facilitate training on leadership, change facilitation, and HR topics
- Lead projects and support merger and acquisition activities as necessary
- At least 8 years of HR experience in a corporate setting
- 3 years in an HR leadership capacity with a solid grasp of core HR processes
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Fluency in English
- Experience in business operations, strategy, and HR project oversight
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and HRIS platforms
- Global experience and Agile methodology knowledge preferred
- Professional of Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) Certification is a plus
