Core Responsibilities:
- Align strategically with WEX's Global Service Operations to enhance business outcomes
- Deliver HR solutions across various domains including organizational structuring, project oversight, employee relations, leadership growth, compensation strategies, and talent development
- Partner with Business Leadership to roll out people initiatives during WEX's transformation phase
- Craft and implement HR strategies centered on Employee Recruitment, Relations, Rewards, Retention, and Training & Development
- Deploy HR solutions aimed at boosting the performance and retention of talent
- Provide insights on effective management practices related to workforce relations and change facilitation
- Assist in workforce planning, financial collaborations, and headcount management
- Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence to develop and sustain HR programs and best practices
- Facilitate training sessions on leadership, change facilitation, and HR topics
- Lead initiatives and support merger and acquisition efforts as required
- At least 8 years of HR experience within a corporate setting
- A minimum of 3 years in an HR leadership capacity with a solid grasp of fundamental HR processes
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory
- Fluency in English is essential
- Experience in business operations, strategic planning, and HR project management
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and HRIS platforms
- Global exposure and Agile methodology knowledge are preferred
- Professional of Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) Certification is a plus
