About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join our Ecosystems and Strategic Alliances team at Infoblox. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the technology and strategic alliance for specific cloud providers, establishing and managing relationships to drive market penetration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic partnership framework, taxonomy, and process to accelerate business growth.
  • Drive business execution around partnerships and alliances, including defining partnership goals, objectives, and key performance indicators.
  • Manage the end-to-end cloud marketplace strategy, including listings, demand generation, and private offer capabilities through cloud providers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic alliance partners, including product teams and sales organizations.
  • Develop and execute joint sales and marketing plays with alliance partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy.
Requirements
  • 20+ years of industry experience, with 10+ years leading business development and alliance management in mid to large-sized organizations.
  • Strong experience in managing product-driven alliances and embedded partnerships with cloud providers and hyperscalers.
  • At least 2 years of experience in opening up cloud marketplaces as new routes to market.
  • Domain background in networking and security desired.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage at senior levels in partner organizations and senior leadership at Infoblox.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-business unit and/or cross-functional teams to manage internal resources and manage outside professionals.
