About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Peltier Automotive Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Process Implementation: Understand and implement the dealership's sales process to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Customer Engagement: Own every aspect of the sales process, from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery, to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate inventory to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our vehicles.
  • Inventory Management: Review, update, and manage daily inventory reports to ensure accurate stock levels and optimal sales performance.
  • Market Share Growth: Create and execute strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership to ensure alignment with dealership goals.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, as measured by the Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units sold.
  • Product Knowledge: Remain up-to-date on products, market trends, and certification to provide expert advice to customers.
  • CRM Software: Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions and sales data.
