Dental Office Coordinator

Job Summary: The Smilist Dental is seeking an experienced Patient Coordinator/Receptionist to join its growing team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing administrative records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage administrative records, including patient information, appointment scheduling, and billing.
- Collect payments and communicate with patients regarding their accounts.
- Ensure the office is running efficiently, including managing supplies, equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a dental or healthcare setting, preferably in a patient coordinator or receptionist role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in dental software, including scheduling and billing systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
