Job Summary

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to assist Property Managers with the daily operations of Brandywine properties. Key responsibilities encompass administrative support, tenant engagement, and event coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain comprehensive records and correspondence for Property Managers
  • Oversee tenant documentation, invoices, and vendor details
  • Assist in budget formulation and report generation
  • Facilitate positive tenant engagement initiatives and events
  • Communicate effectively with tenants and service providers
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks while upholding a professional demeanor
  • Execute other assigned responsibilities as necessary

Requirements
