Role Summary

The Client Services Coordinator is an integral part of the Shared Services team, responsible for delivering timely and high-quality support to internal stakeholders. This position emphasizes service excellence, ensuring that clients have consistent and positive experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations related to clients' investment and trust accounts, including correspondence, inquiries, and account maintenance.
  • Work closely with the Client Service team and Operations to facilitate smooth transitions for new accounts, ensuring accurate funding and reconciliation.
  • Prepare comprehensive client reporting packages and presentation materials for meetings.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance and operational issues as they arise.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships across various teams, acting as an ambassador for the Shared Services department.
  • Collaborate with team members to review and enhance existing policies and procedures for improved efficiency.
  • Engage in team and company-wide initiatives, including the integration of new technologies and special projects.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a client service role within the financial sector is desirable.

Skills and Abilities

  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a dynamic team environment to achieve shared goals.
  • Communication: Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding client service.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
