Property Management Administrative Coordinator

Join Our Team as a Property Management Administrative Coordinator in the Real Estate Sector. This position is Full In-Office, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review pending tasks daily to ensure all upcoming resident move-ins are on track.
  • Confirm that all applications are thoroughly completed according to the checklist, ensuring residents have successfully passed screening and that income calculations are accurate.
  • Ensure that all lease proposals align with the approved Market Rents and Concessions Memo.
  • Verify Renters Insurance and all other necessary documentation for new residents.
  • Conduct a thorough review of all move-in activities in RealPage, including but not limited to: move-in dates, lease dates, recurring charges, one-time and recurring concessions, application fees, amenity fees, security deposits, and first-month prorates.
  • Identify and rectify any pending adjustments related to move-in discrepancies.
  • Generate monthly reports for previous periods to assist in pricing short-term leases.
  • Address and correct any pending adjustments related to lease renewals.
  • Manage all move-out processes efficiently.
  • Assist with accounts receivable and ledger reconciliations.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in written, verbal, and listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with accounting software, word processing, spreadsheets, and related applications.
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to complete tasks accurately under pressure.
  • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to excellence.
