Position Overview:

Qualifications:
  • Experience in credentialing processes, particularly within managed care organizations, hospitals, or surgical facilities is preferred.
  • Background in medical practice is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capacity to adapt professionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude towards ongoing training and development.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues and healthcare providers.
  • Familiarity with CAQH is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Willingness to work an 8-hour shift in an office setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the completion of enrollment and re-credentialing applications.
  • Maintain a comprehensive log of all pending and completed tasks.
  • Communicate application status updates to management, physicians, and team members.
  • Oversee the maintenance of physician enrollment and CAQH profiles.
  • Document activities within the enrollment database.
  • Coordinate necessary signatures with management for healthcare providers.
  • Conduct daily follow-ups with insurance companies regarding credentialing status.
  • Investigate and resolve claim denials related to credentialing issues.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive pay at $25.00 per hour.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including dental, health, life, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off.

Monday to Friday
