Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate.
  • Real Estate salesperson license is required.
  • Proven experience in team management and performance evaluation.
  • Strong communication skills to handle complex information and expectations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to perform financial calculations and analyses.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
