EHR Solution Sales Leader

We are seeking an accomplished sales leader to join our team at Amazon, focused on driving revenue and market share for our cloud computing services in the US Nonprofit healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities- Lead EHR opportunities through the entire sales cycle, working closely with account executives, solution architects, and customer success managers.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to meet customer business outcomes and goals.
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services, specific to the healthcare CxO level.
- Accelerate customer adoption of the EHR on AWS platform.
- Grow and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Manage contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to developing EHR on AWS value proposition and solutions.
- Prepare and present business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new enterprise customers.
- 10+ years of recent experience with a top-ranked EHR in a Cloud sales capacity.
- Strong understanding of the business and technical challenges in the US Nonprofit healthcare industry.
- 15+ years of sales or business consulting experience within U.S. health systems as a leader or an active member of a specialized sales pursuit team.
- Proven track record of delivering results in complex highly competitive sales situations.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Graduate degree in business, technology, engineering, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills, and demonstrated ability to turn detailed data analysis into useful strategic insight.
- Strong experience using Cloud Computing Technologies and related emerging technology.
- Able to work in a diverse team and meet/exceed Amazon's leadership principles requirements for this role.
- Talent for influencing and building mindshare convincingly with any audience, especially C-suite.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, with ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations and virtual teams across geographies.
