Role Overview

The Sales Manager/Director will be tasked with acquiring and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional service that aligns with the revenue objectives of the team within the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with potential and current clients to inform, propose, and secure commitment to Appier's advertising solutions.
  • Identify and recommend tailored programs to specific organizations within the designated markets outlined by the company.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses, including their products, services, customer demographics, marketing strategies, competitors, and sales goals.
  • Oversee personal sales pipeline to optimize revenue generation while delivering precise and timely sales forecasts.
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and service when addressing general and customized client inquiries.
  • Act as a thought leader in digital marketing for businesses within the local market.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to engage with CMOs and Heads of Marketing to foster ongoing growth.
  • Build strategic partnerships by identifying key new business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media sales is required.
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the Digital & Mobile marketing landscape.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with proven sales abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills demonstrated by a successful sales track record.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and follow-through capabilities.
  • Established connections and relationships with local advertisers and media agencies.
  • Adept at translating complex technological processes into practical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
