Role Overview

As a Strategic Enterprise Sales Leader, you will spearhead the development and management of a high-achieving sales team dedicated to engaging CIOs and CMOs within Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organizations. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving revenue growth through both new client acquisition and the expansion of existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve ambitious sales targets to contribute to GTMnow's growth trajectory.
  • Design and refine sales methodologies, encompassing lead generation, qualification, pipeline management, and forecasting to ensure consistent performance.
  • Recruit and nurture top-tier sales professionals aligned with our core values, focusing on identifying key coaching opportunities for each team member.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create impactful sales materials that effectively communicate the unique value of our generative AI solutions.
  • Deliver regular sales forecasts and performance insights to senior management, highlighting essential metrics and improvement areas.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous development within the sales organization.
  • Oversee critical operational metrics, including pipeline growth and sales cycle efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure the team meets revenue and client acquisition objectives.
  • Implement customer success strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client executives, acting as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum of 8 years in SaaS sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on enterprise sales.
  • Strategic thinking and extensive experience in consultative selling to large enterprises.
  • A proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
  • Operational excellence with experience in developing and executing a structured, value-driven sales process.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across departments to develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Experience engaging with C-suite executives in large organizations.
  • A hands-on leadership style, passionate about the transformative impact of generative AI.
