Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture existing client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Utilize personal and professional networks to discover and pursue new sales leads.
  • Assess client requirements and provide customized solutions and support.
  • Remain updated on market trends and competitor activities to uncover strategic growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that client needs are met with appropriate service offerings.
  • Produce and evaluate sales reports to monitor performance and guide strategic planning.
  • Drive the creation of strategic content to support sales initiatives.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Proven track record in sales, particularly within the IT sector.
  • Understanding of engineering services and technical project specifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to establish rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to identify sales opportunities and market trends.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract finalization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software sales.
  • Knowledge of the business sales process and relevant industry certifications.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
