Quality Assurance Leader - Overview
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in quality management? In this position, you will oversee the quality systems of the organization, ensuring that customer quality expectations are met while maintaining compliance with internal, external, and regulatory standards.

Your Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and standardization of performance metrics and reporting methods.
- Manage ISO compliance and certification processes for Technical Spares.
- Oversee OEM Non-Conformance Report (NCR) processes and Internal Audit Programs (IAP).
- Conduct audits for both internal and external suppliers.
- Drive supplier development initiatives in collaboration with the purchasing department.
- Provide training to in-plant Quality personnel as necessary.
- Review work instructions, routers, drawings, and inspection documents.
- Participate in registration and surveillance audits as needed.
- Ensure that corrective actions are generated and effectively resolved.
- Maintain document and records control.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% to project sites and suppliers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial environment with quality responsibilities.
- Proficient in both Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) practices.
- Strong credentials in QA/QC with relevant professional certifications.
- Experience as an ISO Lead Auditor.
- Excellent organizational, communication, statistical, and computer skills.
- Ability to read and interpret business documents, professional journals, and technical procedures. Proficient in writing reports and business correspondence.
- Capable of solving practical problems and addressing various concrete variables in non-standardized situations.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in SAP, GSS, and spreadsheet and word processing software.
