Key Responsibilities

The primary role of a Sales Account Manager involves cultivating a portfolio of clients through:

  • Identifying and establishing partnerships with referral sources in the real estate and mortgage sectors.
  • Collaborating with clients to assess their insurance requirements, evaluating options from a diverse range of carriers, and delivering tailored solutions to minimize household risks.

This position is integral to generating new business revenue on a monthly basis, with a focus on achieving both individual and team targets. Sales Account Managers receive comprehensive training in sales process management, business development, and more. Compensation Overview

The earning potential in the first year ranges from $63,000 to $100,000, contingent on performance. Our compensation structure includes a $10,000 signing bonus, a guaranteed base salary, commissions on new business, and opportunities for monthly bonuses. Additionally, you will be eligible for renewal commissions annually, which can significantly enhance your overall income.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Successful completion of the state licensing examination upon hiring.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
