About the Role

InCharge Energy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our sales team. As an Account Manager - OEM Dealerships, you will be responsible for engaging key clients in the Southwestern US and supporting their efforts to reduce emissions through vehicle and fleet electrification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with OEM Dealerships and their fleet customers in the Southwestern US.
  • Solution Development: Develop and implement EV charging solutions that include hardware, fleet software, solar, and battery storage systems.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts, driving revenue growth and enhancing customer engagement.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Education: Educate customers on relevant incentives and grants offered at local, state, and federal levels.
  • CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce for effective sales forecasting and customer relationship management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of sales or project management experience, particularly with automotive dealerships.
  • Industry Experience: Relevant industry experience in fleets, electric vehicles, solar, OEM sales and service, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with senior management and maintaining thorough client and internal documentation.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments, including sales, marketing, engineering, product development, and operations, to develop superior customer solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, adept at multitasking and thriving under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency with or similar CRM tools.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel 25% or more to meet business and client needs.
