Account Relationship Manager

About the Position
As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will oversee your designated accounts. Your primary focus will be on enhancing product utilization, fostering customer relationships, and driving overall satisfaction. Your goal will be to elevate the standing of RELX Inc. from both a retention and growth perspective.Key Responsibilities
- Cultivating strong, long-term relationships with key senior-level decision-makers and influencers.
- Identifying, developing, and typically closing sales opportunities.
- Generating demand for the organization’s offerings by increasing visibility with clients.
- Meeting revenue objectives by maximizing revenue per account.
- Conducting strategic discussions with senior management of clients to understand their requirements and align them with the organization’s product/service strategies.
- Possessing a comprehensive understanding of business dynamics, financials, products/services, market trends, and the needs of assigned accounts; may assist in enhancing colleagues' knowledge and may be recognized as an authority in a specific area.
- Demonstrating the ability to set and negotiate terms for products/services.
- Managing a medium-sized domestic territory.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive knowledge and apply specialized understanding of products and solutions; implement new and diverse sales techniques.
- Capable of interpreting business challenges and adapting activities accordingly.
- Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
- Offer fresh perspectives on existing solutions, impacting a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within the team and related teams.
- Effectively present and explain various products and solutions; adept at overcoming potential objections.
- Must reside in the state of Colorado.
- Willingness to travel approximately 1-2 times per month, with overnight stays of 1-3 nights.
