This role focuses on uncovering new account opportunities while enhancing the number of professionals within each account that currently refer to our organization. The representative is tasked with achieving direct patient referral targets to meet or surpass monthly goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture business partnerships within your assigned accounts to consistently drive appropriate patient referrals.
  • Maintain an organized customer/referral pipeline daily, accurately documenting interactions in our CRM to ensure effective communication with all professional referral sources.
  • Generate a minimum of 25 direct referrals each month, aiming for 8-10 successful move-ins from your referral pipeline.
  • Develop relationships to become the trusted resource for local senior living options.
  • Gain familiarity with the healthcare professional ecosystem to identify how our services can best integrate into their operations.
  • Achieve objectives through cold-calling, managing telephonic appointments, and conducting virtual meetings as needed.
  • Understand the needs of healthcare professionals and the families they serve to provide suitable assistance to seniors seeking housing options.
  • Collaborate effectively with Senior Living Advisors and other teams to ensure a top-tier experience for all clients.

Qualifications:

  • A collaborative inside sales professional eager to contribute to the growth and success of both clients and the organization.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in telephone sales, telemarketing, business development, or relationship sales is preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in new business development is required, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven track record of success in a metric-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate opportunities from concept to execution.
  • Basic technology skills are essential; familiarity with social media and VOIP systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Availability for night and weekend work as necessary.
  • Ability to travel outside the local region for meetings as required.
  • Must have access to a reliable internet connection.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $40,000
  • On Target Earnings: $65,000 (uncapped)
  • Non-exempt position
