Sales Support Specialist

YOUR CONTRIBUTION:

In this role, you will collaborate with outside sales to expand our customer base, thereby enhancing community safety through the provision of necessary supplies for clean water and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify and deliver tailored solutions

• Collaborate effectively with team members to uphold inventory and sales standards

• Accurately record and monitor sales activities

Above all, you will ensure exceptional customer service and professionalism.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

• 1 or more years of experience in a sales position within a wholesale distribution environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent

The physical demands of this position include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting up to 75 pounds or more, as well as working indoors and outdoors as required during assigned hours. PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

Attendance – Ability to maintain scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence as specified. Physical Abilities – Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally, with the capacity to sit and stand for extended periods. Office Equipment Operation — Proficiency in using office equipment, including computers and copiers, requiring near vision and manual dexterity. Communication Skills – Strong oral and written communication abilities. Cognitive Skills – Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, attention to detail, and effective time management.
