Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering personalized solutions to meet customers' needs.
- Work closely with customers to understand their preferences, needs, and goals, and provide tailored recommendations to enhance their car-buying experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and provide support to ensure seamless customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for the automotive industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
